Tournament Information
- Ages U7 – U14 boys and girls
- Games played on synthetic turf at Bear Branch Sports Complex in The Woodlands, TX
- Lots of fun, soccer contests, free giveaways, awards for team name, team spirit and individual juggling contest
- Minimum 4 games
- 6 player maximum roster

PRE-EVENT REMINDERS:
Schedules and Results: Posted on the tournament website. Please check your schedule regularly before and during the event. Information regarding how each bracket works is detailed in the Welcome Packet. The schedule will be final on Wednesday, but please keep checking the schedule
Check-In: . Each team needs to complete a form that is linked to the tournament website by 10pm on 4/16.
Game Cards: Game cards are provided by the referee. The winning team (or the home team in the event of a tie) is responsible for submitting the card to the HQ. Please check the game card before you submit. If we don’t recieve the game card after 90 minutes, we will score the game 0-0.
Welcome Packet: Please read the Welcome Packet & share it with your teams. The Welcome Packet is linked to the tournament website.
Time Zone: Please review the schedule. You should see the time listed as CST on the schedule, if you see anything else, please log into your GotSport account and set your account to CST. This is found at the bottom of your profile page.
Field Maps, Rules, Brackets & Advancement: All explained in the Welcome Packet.
Tournament Apparel: Event apparel sales are handled by Fine by Designs.
Parking: As with most events, parking will be frustrating this weekend. We recommend carpooling when you can to ease the situation, leaving for the fields in plenty of time.

GOTSPORT REGISTRATION GUIDANCE:
PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING TO REGISTRATION IN ORDER TO AVOID ANY ERRORS
HTX Teams: If you already have a Gotsport account as a Coach or Team Manager and it is affiliated with our club, please log in and proceed to create your tournament team. DO NOT USE your League GotSport Team that you will see listed under “My Teams” on the left-hand side after logging in.
If you are creating a new Gotsport account OR you have an existing account, and it is not affiliated with our club please reach out to tournaments@htxsoccer.com or by calling the office (281)-298-2180 BEFORE creating any teams so that we are able to link your account to the club.
If your gotsport account is not linked to our club, it will not give you access to add coaches/players to your rosters and you may experience errors.
Non-HTX teams: If you are experiencing issues or errors such as “access denied, organization can’t be blank” please reach out to staff within your club and request that they link your account to their GotSport club account (They can do so by adding you as a coach/manager).
Once you have your account set up, please follow the steps accordingly: Input what you want your team’s name to be (I.E The Santa clauses), select the gender and select your team’s age group and click search. It will prompt you to create a new team and you will be able to fill out your information and proceed to registration. You are welcome to use your league accounts if you choose to.
DO NOT FORGET TO CHECK OUT!: Your team will not be registered until your payment is submitted. No payments will not be processed until after March 11.
Teams should be registered in the age-group category of the oldest player on the team, even if players’ ages span more than one age group.

All teams are required to check in for the event by Wednesday, April 16 @ 10 PM.
Please follow the instructions below to ensure your team is checked in for the event.
- CLICK HERE to open the Check-In Form
- Complete Team Information (Team Name, Age Group, Team Gender, Enroller Info)
- Accept the statement that a team representative will have (digital or paper) copies of your medical releases at the fields
- Non-HTX teams, or teams with Non-HTX players, must upload proof of registration for the 2024/25 season (one of; USYS/US Club Player Cards, Rosters or a letter from the club registrar) in one file.
- If you have a player who is not registered with a club, you will need to email tournaments@htxsoccer.com to complete the club registration form & pay a $30 registration fee (per player)
- Enter the Name, Date of Birth & Registration Status of each player participating (enter who the player is registered with if not HTX Soccer).
Please have your US Club/USYS Medical Releases at the game. Club-issued medical releases will not be accepted.
