Who can play?
The program welcomes players of all ages, with any form of cognitive or physical disability, including but not limited to:
- Amputee
- Autism / Sensory
- Cerebral Palsy
- Down Syndrome
- Hearing
- Vision
- Neurological
- Stroke
- Traumatic Brain Injury
- Vision
The program allows participants to focus on their abilities, in an encouraging, safe & FUN environment.
For the more experienced players, the program is a feeder program to the Para 7 a-side National Soccer Team.
When are the seasons?
Fall 2023: September 16 – November 11, 2023 (Registration opens May 1, 2023)
Spring 2024: February 17 – April 27, 2024

Fall 2023 Season Schedule:
- Saturdays 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM, September 16, 2023 to November 11, 2023 at Bear Branch Sportsfields, Field #6
- Training sessions also offered on the West Campus (River Bend Baptist Church, Fulshear) – Monday evenings from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
The director of the program is Keith Johnson. Keith has over 100 appearances with the US Soccer Paralympic National Team.
There will be many opportunities to be identified for national team tournaments for the following ages: U10, U15 & U21 national teams. The first ever female national team was formed for international competition in 2021.
Adaptive & Special Needs Camp
Dates: June 19 to 22
Times: 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Locations: Bear Branch Sportsfields (5205 Research Forest Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77381)
Birth Years: 2019-2005
Registration Fee: $25
Players will participate in lots of fun small-sided games and will focus on the Soccer fundamentals of the game which includes scoring lots of goals!
This camp is designed for players with special needs.
